01
Do I need to be fit before I start?
+
Absolutely not. You do not need to reach a certain level of fitness
before working with me. We start with where your body is today and
build from there. Your training can be adapted to your current strength,
confidence, experience, mobility and goals, so you can progress safely
and sustainably without feeling like you need to “keep up”.
02
Do I need a gym membership?
+
Not necessarily. If you train with me at my home studio, you do not
need a gym membership. I also offer training options that can be completed
at home, depending on the program and your goals. If you prefer a gym
environment, I can also work with you through gym-based training.
03
Is your coaching only for women over 40?
+
No. While women 40+ are a strong focus of my work, my coaching is not
limited to one age group. I have extensive experience training women
across different stages of life, including pre- and post-natal training,
return-to-exercise, injury considerations, strength development and
general fitness. The approach is always individual, with the program
shaped around your body, your history and what you need at this stage.
04
What if I'm going through perimenopause or menopause?
+
This is an area I specifically focus on, so yes — I can absolutely
support you. Perimenopause and menopause can affect recovery, energy,
sleep, strength, body composition and how your body responds to training.
My approach is centred around intelligent strength training, appropriate
recovery, sustainable nutrition and realistic progression rather than
simply asking you to train harder or eat less.
05
What's the difference between online and hybrid coaching?
+
Online coaching is fully remote, which means I can work with women
anywhere in Australia. Your training is delivered through my app and
supported with regular Zoom calls, check-ins and ongoing guidance.
Hybrid coaching combines in-person training with me and a personalised
program in the app for the other days you train. It gives you the benefit
of face-to-face coaching as well as structure and accountability between sessions.
06
What is Body Rebuilt?
+
Body Rebuilt is my structured 12-week strength and wellness program
designed to help women build consistency, strength and confidence.
You can choose gym or home-based training, with three strength sessions
each week alongside walking and daily movement goals. You will also
receive nutrition and supplement guidance, weekly Sunday Zoom catch-ups
for support and education, and ongoing accountability throughout the
12 weeks. The focus is not on quick fixes — it is about creating habits,
strength and routines you can actually continue beyond the program.
07
What if I have previous injuries or limitations?
+
That does not automatically mean you cannot train. I have extensive
experience working with women who need modifications because of previous
injuries, pain, reduced mobility or time away from exercise. Where
appropriate, exercises can be adjusted around your individual needs,
and I will always work within my professional scope and recommend input
from your treating health professional when needed.
08
How do I know which option is right for me?
+
You don't need to decide that on your own. I would genuinely love you
to reach out and have a chat with me. Tell me a little about where
you're at, what you're finding difficult and what you'd like to achieve,
and I can help you work out which option is likely to give you the
right level of support. There is no pressure — the goal is simply to
make sure you start in the place that makes the most sense for you.
