MEET YOUR COACH

The coach behind
your strength.

Hi, I’m Ildiko.

I’ve spent more than 25 years in fitness, but the way I coach women today has been shaped just as much by motherhood, family life and my own changing body as it has by qualifications and experience.

I’m a mum of three, and fitness is something we live as a family. Strength, movement, nourishing food and looking after our health aren’t things I switch on for a challenge — they’re part of the way I want my children to grow up seeing health.

My approach is simple: build strength, support your body and create something you can actually sustain.

No extremes. No punishment. No starting over every Monday.
Strong looks different at every stage of life. Your training should too.

Fitness has always been part of my life.
Motherhood changed the way I see it.

I started my first personal training qualification at 19, after already falling in love with gym training, movement and the confidence that comes from feeling strong.

Fitness became a big part of my life through my twenties — through training, competitions, modelling and eventually coaching other women. But over time, and especially after becoming a mum, my relationship with fitness changed.

I’m a mum of three, and my children have grown up around movement, training and a home where health is something we live rather than something we switch on for a few weeks at a time.

After having my twins, I built my first home gym and began coaching women from there. That gave me a completely different understanding of what women actually need — training that fits around children, work, energy, changing bodies and real life.

As my family grew, my own relationship with fitness evolved too. It became less about chasing a certain look and much more about strength, health, energy, longevity and being able to show up fully for the people I love.

I want my children to grow up seeing movement, nourishing food and taking care of your body as normal parts of life — not as punishment, restriction or something you only do when you’re unhappy with yourself.

That same philosophy now shapes the way I coach women. I want you to feel stronger, healthier and more capable, but I also want what we do to work with your family, your commitments and the season of life you’re in.

WHAT FITNESS MEANS TO ME NOW It’s not just how I train. It’s how I want my family to live — strong, active, healthy and supported for the long term.
WHAT I BELIEVE

You don’t need another quick fix.
You need something that works in real life.

Training, food and wellbeing should support your life — not take it over. The best approach is the one that helps you feel stronger and healthier while still allowing you to be present for the people and things that matter.

01

STRENGTH FIRST

Building muscle, bone density, capability and confidence for now and the years ahead.

02

REALISTIC NUTRITION

Sustainable guidance that supports energy, recovery and body composition without extremes or restriction.

03

HEALTH THAT FITS REAL LIFE

Training, movement and nutrition should work around family, work and everyday life — not compete with them.

04

TRAIN FOR YOUR STAGE

Your body changes through motherhood, perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Your training should adapt with it.

MY WHY

I want my children to see health as something we live, not something we chase.

For me, strength and wellness are about more than my own training. They’re about creating a home where movement is normal, food is nourishing, health is valued and looking after yourself is something worth prioritising.

That’s the same environment I want to create for the women I coach — one where health feels empowering, realistic and sustainable.

READY WHEN YOU ARE Let’s build strength that lasts.
